World Rugby can confirm that the following U20 players will have their cases heard by an Independent Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) on Sunday, 20 July, 2025.

  • Wales #8, Evan Minto, having received two yellow cards.
  • New Zealand #1, Sika Uamaki Pole, for a dangerous tackle pursuant to Law 9.13
  • Spain #17, Daniel Chico-Ayo, for a dangerous clearout pursuant to Law 9.20(a)

A separate July Internationals FPRC will convene to hear the case of Argentina #5, Pedro Rubiolo for a red card issued during Argentina's Summer International fixture against Uruguay on Saturday 19 July 2025 for a dangerous clearout pursuant to Law 9.20(a).

As part of the expedited off-field sanction process in operation for the July internationals, the citing window is limited to 12 hours following the final whistle. The FPRC will ordinarily convene after each match day to review red card incidents and citing. All full disciplinary hearings will typically be conducted by the Tuesday following the relevant match.
