World Rugby's Impact Beyond: Careers publication (download below) showcases inspirational women working around the world across all areas of rugby. It provides practical advice for women and girls on how to develop a career in the sport and sets out the courses available on World Rugby's Passport platform.

Fundraising Toolkit 

World Rugby has now launched a 'digital toolkit' for unions on how to unlock new sources of external funding to grow the game for women and girls. This has been developed with a sports fundraising specialist to provide the knowledge, strategies and tools to build sustainable and impactful fundraising programmes.
