An Independent Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) convened to consider a sanction for Charles-Henri Berguet (BEL) as a result of a red card issued during the Belgium v Brazil Rugby World Cup 2027 Final Qualification Tournament match on Thursday 13 November 2025.
The FPRC chaired by Shao Ing Wang (Singapore), joined by former referees Donal Courtney (Ireland) and Valeriu Toma (Romania) met on Friday 14 November 2025 to consider the case.
The Foul Play Review Committee reviewed the red card and decided to refer the matter to a full Disciplinary Committee for a hearing which will take place tomorrow morning, Sunday 16 November 2025.
