Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 (RWC 2027) and Sports Travel & Hospitality (STH), a Sodexo Live! Company trading as Rugby World Cup Experiences (RWCE) have announced the list of Official Travel Agents (OTAs) exclusively authorised to sell ticket-inclusive travel packages for RWC 2027 taking place in Australia (1 October – 13 November 2027).
Nearly 50 agencies from around the world applied to be part of the RWC 2027 Official Travel Programme. Following a comprehensive review process, RWCE – the exclusive global rights holder for the programme – has appointed 15 agencies from 9 countries.
Many of the selected agencies come from established rugby territories including the United Kingdom, New Zealand and France, while India represents a new market for the tournament.
Reflecting the excitement ahead of the biggest Rugby World Cup ever-organised, over 112,000 tickets have already been pre-ordered by the OTAs.
Men’s Rugby World Cup Australia 2027 Managing Director, Chris Stanley, said: “The appointment of our Official Travel Agents marks another important milestone as we build towards Men’s Rugby World Cup Australia 2027. Coming to Australia for this iconic event will be a trip of a lifetime for many rugby fans and our Official Travel Agents will assist them in making this experience the best it can be – not only to see their teams compete but also to discover Australia’s stunning landscapes, vibrant host cities, culture and heritage.”

Following the Men’s Rugby World Cup Australia 2027 Draw on 3 December 2025 and the official match schedule announcement scheduled for February 2026, OTAs will finalise their package offerings.
Travel packages will be available for purchase from January 2026 for select matches, with the full range of packages released following the match schedule announcement, but fans can already register their interest with the agency in their country.
