World Rugby can confirm that the following players will have their cases heard by an Independent Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) on Monday, 21 September, 2026.
Danelle Lochner (South Africa)
South Africa’s Danelle Lochner was issued a red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.13, dangerous tackling, following an upgrade by the Foul Play Review Officer (FPRO) during South Africa’s match against Wales in the WXV Global Series on Friday, 18 September, 2026.
Ambre Mwayembe (France)
France’s Ambre Mwayembe was issued a red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.13, dangerous tackling, following an upgrade by the Foul Play Review Officer during France’s match against Australia in the WXV Global Series on Saturday, 19 September, 2026.
Cloe Correa (France)
France’s Cloe Correa was issued a permanent red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.12, physical abuse, which includes contact with the eye or eye area, during France’s match against Australia in the WXV Global Series on Saturday, 19 September, 2026.
As part of the expedited off-field sanction process in operation for the WXV Global Series, the citing window is limited to 12 hours following the final whistle.
The Foul Play Review Committee will ordinarily convene within 24 to 36 hours after each match day to review red card incidents and citing. All full disciplinary hearings will typically be conducted ordinarily within 48 hours following the relevant match.
